Aspire coaches have worked with Jenna and her teams at KSL call centers over the last few years and are grateful Jenna took the time to give us feedback on our partnership. KENDALL: Hi there! I’m here with Jenna Villalobos from KSL, hi Jenna!

JENNA: Hello, how are you?

KENDALL: Fantastic! We have been in business for 20 years and one of the things we are doing, is we are going around to all of our different properties to say how grateful we are to work with you. We have done a lot of work with you over the years, what is some of the work we have done together that you are really grateful for?

JENNA: Well, for you as well as some of the other partners at Aspire, you’ve really helped us turn around five different call centers in the last three or four years. I’m very grateful because you’ve made an impact with the business, the people, and even the leadership. It means a lot to me.

KENDALL: Wonderful! Thank you. When you think of Aspire, what is something that we do differently that everybody else doesn’t?

JENNA: One thing you do is you listen to the client and you really make sure that you are delivering the client's intentions. That is very meaningful and very powerful.

JENNA: The partnership with Aspire.

AMY: What are you grateful for about that partnership with Aspire?

JENNA: Whatever the issue is that we have in any organization we work with, we can come to Aspire. We can think about something and then you help us come to a solution.

AMY: Great! Thank you. What are you most proud of in the work that you’ve done in this partnership?

JENNA: With Aspire, we partnered on transitioning and getting the new culture in four different call centers which has been extremely successful in people, profits, and performance.

AMY: So if you were to tell someone what makes you happy about this partnership, what brings a smile to your face about Aspire?

JENNA: No matter what it is, you guys listen and help us through it.
