To be All In requires your heart… I was recently asked what role emotional intelligence plays in the 21st century workplace. My answer:

You are a leader.

Just ask me... been there, done that! I get it. We have deadlines. We depend on people to do what we ask. To deliver what they are responsible for. To make things happen. Now, thank you!

There is a big difference between a confident person and an egotistical one.  I suggest you choose the former. When we are effective, we are confident whereas ego tends to hide our insecurities.
