I was recently asked, "As a leader, what is the one thing…the one must I should focus on everyday regardless of all other things happening around me?" It was a brilliant question.  It got me thinking…for days and days.

Don’t think of creativity as an ability to draw, paint, or design. Think of creativity as the ability to think and see things differently. We all have it in us.

I am blessed to hang with my fellow aspirates every day. Don’t get me wrong…things hit the fan. People can sometimes drive me crazy. Pettiness pisses me off and mistakes happen.

We all have one. Our motivational switch.
